The member of the group GOT7 Mark, proved his popularity and influence in China by winning the Weibo Hot Star award at the Weibo awards ceremony.

Mark won the "Wiebo Hot Star Award" at the Weibo Starlight Awards in Hong Kong on April 11. The award ceremony, which is held annually by Weibo, China's largest SNS platform, is being attended by famous foreign artists, including renowned local artists, to show off their public confidence.

Mark has recently been playing enthusiastically in China around online SNS, also won the title of the Weibo Hot Star Award at the awards ceremony in recognition of his popularity, including being on the hot issue on Weibo channel.

Mark appeared on the stage at the awards ceremony wearing a jacket with a colorful pattern and showed off his superior visuals. He also grabbed the attention of local fans with his fluent Chinese skills in a red carpet interview.

At the ceremony, 2PM Nichkhun, a group affiliated with JYP Entertainment, also won the "Star of Asia" award, showing a warm appearance between JYP's seniors and juniors.

The group GOT7, which includes Mark, re-certified their status as a "global K-pop idol" last year by making a world tour of 17 foreign cities, including Asia, Europe, North America and South America.
