Black Pink's music video for "Kill This Love" proved their global popularity, surpassing 200 million views in the shortest time for K-pop groups.

The music video for BLACKPINK's new EP album "KILL THIS LOVE," which was released at midnight on April 5, surpassed 200 million views at 6:50 p.m. on April 16. The record was recorded in 18 hours and 50 minutes 11days.

The music video for "Kill This Love," surpassed 100 million views in just 62 hours after its release and set a new world record at the time, reached 200 million views following momentum.

BLACKPINK has been on the Billboard main chart for the best performance by a K-pop girl group.

The title track "Kill This Love" entered the main single chart, "Hot 100" 41st, and EP album "Kill This Love" of the same name, at 24th place on the main album chart "Billboard 200."

The album also topped the world album chart following last year's "Square Up."

On the "World Digital Song Sales" chart, "Kill This Love" topped the list, "Don't Know What To Do" came in fourth, "DDU DU DDU DU" seventh, "Kick It" eighth and "HOPE NOT” ninth, bringing a total of five songs, along with new songs, to within the top 10.

Black Pink was the first K-pop girl group to perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on April 12 (local time) in the U.S.'s biggest music festival, drawing splendid attention.
